Deka Didi Dighomi is a 12-story residential building located at 3 Ekvtime Kheladze Street, distinguished by modern architecture, efficient space planning, and a seismic-resistant monolithic frame, built with Austrian brand Doka's formwork and safety systems.

Construction is carried out with fire-resistant isoblock manufactured using German technology, which ensures up to four times higher thermal resistance compared to standard blocks and up to 40% savings in utility costs.
